The upper circular knife and the lower flat knife are used. The PCBA board is placed on the lower flat knife. When the switch is pressed, the upper circular knife moves horizontally to the set point, and the PCBA board is cut and split. The cutting does not fall off and the incision is flat.
The knife travel can set the forward stop point at will according to the length of the PCBA board. The stop point is 0-100-200-300-400mm.
There is a cutting length baffle behind the cutter, which can be adjusted according to different widths of PCBA boards. It can also easily cut PCBA boards without V-CUT grooves, accurately and without beveling.
The thickness of various PCBA boards can be fine-tuned to solve the problem of the depth of the V-CUT groove of the PCBA board.
The upper and lower knives are made of imported high-speed steel, which is extremely durable. When the knife is not sharp, it can be sharpened again, about 7 to 10 times.
