The Seprays ZM300SV is a high-performance off-line saw blade depaneling machine. It utilizes a high-speed saw blade for cutting and is primarily designed for separating PCBA panels with V-Cut grooves. The machine features a robust mechanical structure, ensuring rigidity and stability during operation. Paired with a versatile intelligent software system, it enables effective monitoring and management of the entire depaneling process, ensuring consistent cutting quality.

    Equipped with standard Mark point offset detection, it automatically identifies whether the PCB board is accurately positioned, preventing quality issues caused by misalignment. The third Mark point fool-proof recognition function effectively avoids placing the board upside down or incorrectly.

  • Smart Tool Management
    With automatic tool change and milling cutter detection functions, it monitors tool status (e.g., broken blade, slipping, misinstallation) in real time and automatically compensates for tool height, ensuring precise cutting depth and extending spindle life.

  • Operation Safety & Permission Management
    Offers a four-level user permission setting, allowing clear distinction between engineers and operators. The system supports automatic logout due to inactivity, preventing accidental parameter changes and enhancing production management security.

  • Efficient Programming & Dust Removal
    The full-panel scanning function uses CCD to quickly capture a panoramic image of the PCBA panel, simplifying programming and improving efficiency. The unique floating brush design adjusts to the board surface during cutting, effectively reducing Z-axis stress while enhancing dust suction.

  • Reliable Hardware Configuration
    The machine is driven by servo motors and linear motors for precise positioning. Built-in ionizing air nozzles eliminate static electricity, and the integrated vacuum dust removal system ensures visually dust-free PCBA after depaneling, while maintaining a clean working environment.
